**All documents and voice accounts created by Virtual Office VA Staffing, LLC remain property of Virtual Office VA Staffing, LLC.
**If you cancel service, but would like to keep phone number(s), there is a $10 p/week charge for 1-2 numbers, $10 p/week for each additional number until you have number ported to another service.**

- Billed at $0.40 per minute plus $10 per week for phone line.
Incoming Call Accounts-
- There is a $49 minimum per week for first 60 minutes of calls and to reserve VA availability to cover your phones. Any time over 1 hour is billed at $0.40 per minute.
- Includes 1 local phone line. Additional lines billed at $5 per week each.
- Can be turned on & off as needed weekly. Keeping numbers active when incoming is on hold - $10 per week fee will be invoiced for 1-2 numbers.

- Email / Text / Voice blasts, and/or
- Billed at $0.45 per minute.
- Web design, updates, SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
