All of our virtual assistants are in the continental United States of America. We do NOT use any overseas assistants.
What phone number, or Area Code, do you call from?
We can set you up with a local, to you, number. This number is designated to you and voicemail box can be customized for you.
Can I Customize exactly what I need?
We customize everything around your needs.
do you USE my crm (contact management) program?
No matter what CRM you are using, we can add leads to your CRM as long as you give access to program.
Can appointments be scheduled on my calendar?
Yes, just give access to your calendar and we've got you covered.
Can you work with any type of business?
Yes, we customize all services around each client's business and their needs.
Do i pay per assistant i use?
No matter how many assistants you are using, you are only paying for actual time worked on your account.
Do i have a designated assistant for business?
Yes, You will have a designated assistant for you to work with directly. And can have as many as you need for your business needs.
How much does it cost monthly?
We do everything on a week to week basis, so services can be turned on and off as needed. Outbound call service is $10 p/week plus $0.40 p/minute of actual time worked. You can cap off the amount of time you want worked. Incoming call service is $49 p/week for first hour (includes phone line). Additional time on either service is $0.40 p/minute. Marketing is $0.44 p/min. and Web is $0.60 p/min.
Do you take live incoming calls as well as outbound calls to leads?
Yes, we answer live calls from sellers & buyers M-F 9-9, Sat. 10-6, Sun. 12-6. We also make outbound calls. We can screen callers, set appointments, redirect calls, etc.
